The potentials for South Sudan to grow into an economic giant in Africa and indeed in the world are massive. Hence, the need to develop its human resource especially the young generation is urgent and CDCS is readily positioning itself as a partner that will contribute positively to making the dream a reality. A developed Human Capital is pivotal to driving the development process in a given country and South Sudan for this matter. In CDCS, we remain more hopeful and optimistic that amidst the current narratives of wars and conflicts, South Sudan will emerge to tell positive stories soon. Therefore, we are ready to partner nationally and internationally with entities that share our vision of aspiring as a ”Leader in opening career opportunities to starters in the Republic of South Sudan”. Slowly, but surely, we will reach there.
