Mr. Jonas Anuar Francis Losukwa
Chief Executive Director (CED)
Mr. Jonas Anuar Francis Losukwa is the Founder and Chief Executive Director (CED) of Career Development and Consultancy Services (CDCS), He holds two Masters Degrees. Thus, Master of Arts Degree in Intercultural Conflict Management from Alice Salomon University of Applied Sciences in Berlin-Germany and Master of Arts Degree in International Development from the University of Manchester in Manchester-the United Kingdom. These add on his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social and Philosophical Studies from Makerere University in, Kampala-Uganda. Jonas has over 15 years of work experience in both the NGO and private sectors. Among the positions he held with various organizations (national and International), Jonas served as the Associate Reintegration Officer wherein he over saw the establishment, development and implementation of skills training Centres in Central Equatoria State under GTZ (now GIZ) in Partnership with UNHCR. Currently, Jonas works on full time basis as the CED of CDCS, but also as an independent Consultant on Organizational Development, Programme Development, Project Development and Management, Research, Policy Analysis and Advocacy for Peace, Guidance, Counselling, and Mentorship especially of the young women and men. Jonas is also a Board member to national non-profit organizations which include; Saint Augustin Family Organization (SAFO), and the Center for Conflict Transformation, Empowerment and Rehabilitation (CECTER) among others.
